DMCA Abuse
VibeShort respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), VibeShort will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the VibeShort website and services.
1. Notification of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notice (the "Notice") to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (e.g., the URL).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent containing the information required by the DMCA.
3. Repeat Infringers
VibeShort will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
